This folding shelf is great for your RV or wheelhouse where space is limited, but still want a place to temporarily hold items. One use could be in a wheelhouse just above an ice hole and you can set your flasher on it rather than on the floor. This means you don't have to stare at the floor for hours and also keeps the unit dry when a fish splashes around.

The top face of it can be engraved with lake maps, icons, custom text, or other images if desired, otherwise it can be left blank.

The construction is pine and a folding hinge. The hinge has a hole for a cotter pin to be installed to prevent the hinge from accidentally folding up while in use. When you wish to put it away, simply remove the pin and fold the shelf down.

The shelf is not designed as a step and should not be used as such.
