Enid Lake, primarily located in Yalobusha County with portions extending into Panola and Lafayette Counties in northern Mississippi, covers 6,100 acres at its conservation pool level. This reservoir on the Yocona River is part of the Yazoo Headwater Project, primarily designed for flood risk management but also offering significant recreational opportunities. Enid Lake is renowned as one of the top fishing spots in the country and holds the world record for the largest white crappie. The HD Maps are limited to Extra Large, " XX Large, and Gigantic sizes only. On the smaller sizes the depth change of the wood is too extreme and you end up losing detail."
