Lake Granby, located in Grand County, Colorado, is a significant reservoir covering 7,260 acres with 40 miles of shoreline and a maximum depth of 221 feet. It is the largest storage reservoir in the Colorado-Big Thompson Project. This high-elevation lake, situated near the western entrance of Rocky Mountain National Park, is a popular destination for a wide range of outdoor activities. Boating, including pontooning and sailing, is common, and three boat ramps provide access.
